Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Joplin, Joplin, Carl Junction, Webb City, Oronogo, Carthage, Neosho, Galena, Riverton, and Baxter Springs. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I'm a Joplin native having been born in Joplin but I the great fortune of growing up in South Louisiana among the cajuns. I love boiled crawfish and jambalya. I'm a seasonal Saints fan and always a LSU Tigers fan. After leaving Louisiana I spent 2 years in Austin Texas then 2 years in Hamilton New Zealand on the other side of the world before return to Joplin. Since returning to Joplin I've been very active in local real estate, the Carl Junction community (where I'm currently on the Board of Alderman) and I've managed to see all three of my children get out school, out of the house and married.
My wife Ginger and I work together as a team in real estate. Ginger works principally with the buyers and I work mostly with the sellers. But of course we back each other up as needed. We pride ourselves on our low pressure consultative approach to real estate.
